3. What happens to the items in my property?
Every item is carefully considered. Suitable pieces are sent to Elstob Auctioneers for sale, while others are donated, recycled or, as a last resort, responsibly disposed of. Our goal is always to minimise landfill.

4. Do you buy items directly?
No — instead of buying items ourselves, we send suitable pieces to Elstob Auctioneers. This ensures complete transparency and gives your belongings the best chance of achieving strong results on the open market.

5. Can you clear part of a property, not the whole house?
Yes. We can clear anything from a single room, loft, or garage through to a full property. Our service is flexible and tailored to your needs.

6. What areas do you cover?
